New West Fest (and other new stuff)

So New West Fest is on right now in Fort Collins. It's my hometown's birthday celebration and we celebrate it with a huge downtown party with lots of hip bands, carnival rides and greasy food. vee device is playing tomorrow right before Nickel Creek, so we should have a nice big crowd.

Besides the Fest which is new, here are some other "new" things in my life:

- I am currently homeless. Technically, I do have a place to stay but it is very temporary. My worldy possessions are at my mothers house and I've been sleeping on vee's couch for the past week or so. What sort of place I move into depends upon...

- The new job I've applied for. It's at the radio station. It involves music. If I get it my yearly salary will double. All good things!

- I have new glasses and a new haircut. Both look incredibly sexy.

- vee device's new CD is almost ready to send off to be pressed. It is very... different, but in a good way.

- The Valkyrie has returned! If you know what that means you are probably vee. For everyone else, explanations are in order, but they will come at a later time...
