More scotch always helps I think. A little ergot would probably liven things up as well. Three cheers for raving-mad customers! Wait a second, most are already completely daft to begin with. Scratch that. Stick with the scotch.

:-( You just are experiencing the bad parts of christmas. I hope it passes soon - ask for a day off if you need it - sometimes it's important so you're fresh faced for the very busy season ahead. Sorry we didn't get to see more of you...hope you get to have more mole martinis soon - that was fun!
