Other odds and ends
Now that I'm done with the car report, here's some other cool stuff!
- I saw a film last night called Plagues and Pleasures on the Saltan Sea. If it's coming to a theater near you, go check it out! It was in Fort Collins for one night only, so sorry everybody here...
- The Igloos have recorded a song! Unfortunately, you won't be able to hear it for a bit... They submitted it to a Christmas Song contest held by indie rocker Sufjan Stevens. More info about the contest here. (I sang backup vocals!)
- I played 3 gigs with 3 different bands last week. I am exhausted...

I wish we would've seen 'Plagues and Palaces of Sultan Said' instead. I've heard it's a good one. I do like sultans.
Glad to see you've got fun stuff going on...can't wait to hear the Igloos song, because I bet Christmas in their village is a totally different experience. You'll post it or direct us to their page when it's available, right?

We'll see if I can post it. It depends on whether the Igloos win the contest or not. You're going to like the subject matter, m, since you provided the inspiration...
Yay! I feel so cool. And I didn't even have to have a terrible breakup w/ a songwriter to inspire a song (isn't that how most go?). Give my good luck to the Igloos. And text me sometime, when might you have some time to hang out (over the next couple of weekends?)
